fantastic stay!
friendly team nightly shows engaging activities
i engaged with activities thanks to the friendly entertainment team. the olympic games were a highlight. the shows every night were interesting.
the public toilets could have been cleaner.

crowded restaurant substandard taste
the aquapark access double room was suitable.
the buffet restaurant was overly crowded and quite loud. i found it difficult to fully appreciate the food. the selection of dishes was extensive, yet the taste was substandard.

aquapark slides efficient service attentive staff dust accumulation room cleaning diluted drink
the aquapark had a good selection of slides. i found the variety suitable for both adults and children. the service in the restaurants was attentive and efficient. staff ensured quick seating and prompt drink refills.
the room cleaning was not thorough. i noticed dust accumulation in corners and on surfaces. the alcoholic drinks at the bars seemed diluted. the beer tasted like a cheap supermarket brand.

The hotel provides fresh food with many choices for both lunch and dinner. Rooms were really good. I had a really good Double Room Aquapark access.
I booked a pool view room. I received a room overlooking the driveway. The room was not particularly clean.
